Getting a one on one with your favorite musicians is one of the most fulfilling moments of a fan's life. Getting entertained over a romantic dinner, rocking out to your favorite band or just stomping along to your childhood favorite song are some of the magical feelings evoked by live music. A performed song in real time with real instruments by live artists is an entertainment source that cannot be replicated. Live shows have come back in full swing with technology giving boost to modern shows. Whereas in the past many bands were encouraged to only perform their top hits note for note, many bands have much more flexibility and creativity in their performance options. Live variations of classic songs can create a unique twist on your favorite song, while extra musicians and instruments are often introduced to spice up a performance. While pop artists may employ dancers and choreographed performers, many rock shows use explosives to creative their respective spectacles. Whatever your flavor is, many concerts are feasts for the senses.
Another key element that has contributed to the spectacles of many modern shows are the venues in which they occur. Stadiums are still filled to the doors, but now everyone can hear the music in crystal clear quality as most venues are designed with sound quality in mind. This is especially true for classical concert halls that have been specifically engineered to deliver the highest quality sound possible. While it seems that paying for music has become a thing of the past, many artists make their bread and butter off of touring. This has forced artists to 'turn it up a notch' and create memorable evenings for their devoted fans. From local bars to sold out stadiums, live music prevails in many forms and continues to give fans a lifetime of memories.
