I need clean water to drink. You need clean water to drink. We all need clean water to drink. This is an undeniable fact. The human body is about 60% water. The human brain is 70% water. Without a constant supply of potable liquid we would suffer from dehydration and perish shortly thereafter. While we can several weeks without food, we can only live without water for three days; that is quite the difference in survivability and shows the importance of water to humanity and society as a whole. The first human settlements were created around significantly large bodies of fresh water because the early peoples understood that access to fresh water is extremely important.
In the modern era we are lucky enough to have a modicum of control over what we drink. Everpure water, amongst others, is one of the many ways in which we have cleaned water to make it safe and drinkable. Technological advances like Everpure filters make water that much safer to drink. With the world having grown up and civilization having expanded to such a tremendous degree, clean drinking water is - and has always been - a very valuable resource. While tap water can sometimes have a strong chlorine and/or metallic taste, most filters gladly advertise that they remove most, if not all, of the unwanted taste usually associated with tap water.
As water filtration companies have become successful and found ways to cost-effectively manufacture their products, many have added filtration pitchers and even water bottles with a built-in filter. For consumers this means more options to drink clean, great tasting water. This is great because it means people will lead healthier lives because they do not have to worry about the taste or quality of their drinking water.
