Do All the Famous Animals go to Heaven?

I am sure many people reading this are familiar with the children's cartoon / documentary "All Dogs Go To Heaven." But does this adage apply to all animals? What about evil dogs like Hitler's dog (Blondie) and that evil lassie that went on trial for biting the kid? With so many dead celebrities pets out there it can be hard to determine which pets go to heaven.

Mr.Ed probably went to heaven because he doled out wisdom to those in need. In fact the obituary from the day he died reads "wise talking horse tragically succumbs to addiction." Mr.Ed was smart but he was also deeply troubled. He died of heroin overdose shortly after the show stopped filming. He was working on his book "Pony Tells." Sadly, it never saw publication.

There are also the 36 some odd dogs that played Lassie. They all went to heaven except for the evil lassie. For those who aren't aware, Evil Lassie was put down after she shot another dog in a jealous lovers quarrel. According to one of the other Lassies "Evil Lassie lived fast and hard, I am surprised this didn't happen sooner." Tragic stuff.

Cujo the St. Bernard did evil things, but he ultimately went to heaven. The death of Cujo was a long time coming. He had murdered like 10 people by then. What we must remember about Cujo, however is that he was rabid, not evil. He didn't mean to kill all those people but when he was infected with a demonic form of super-rabies it was beyond his control. I think the death of Cujo was ultimately caused by a semi-truck.

Babe the pig went to heaven for teaching a generation of kids why eating meat is wrong. Babe helped so many people in fact, he is something of a patron saint of animals. He definitely went to heaven and probably has a seat in the VIP section.

The cat from Austin Powers, Mr. Biggelsworth, went to hell. He wasn't a bad cat per say, but he got mixed up with the wrong crowd. He knew taking over the world and trying to go back and time to steal Austin Powers' sex drive was wrong but he stood by and let it happen. When he was executed by firing squad he reportedly said "I died how I lived".

If you are concerned about the death of your pet make sure they live a moral life. You want them in animal heaven, not animal hell.
