Since time immemorial romance novels have normally held a spot in people's hearts since most people are searching for enchantment throughout life, particularly teens and young people. Ladies, along with women are specifically susceptible to enchantment and to romance novels, this is why almost all of the romance novels are written from a girl's viewpoint. Because of their popularity, they're publicized in several languages in order to cater to individuals from everywhere in the world. There are two sets of romance novels: category romance and single-title romance depending on the length of the book. The former kind is brief, approximately 200 pages and is typically in the form of a sequence, like Sweet Valley High and Mills and Boon which are quite popular among teenage girls. Single-title novels are longer and can also offered in series. Both of them are available in distinct genres, which can be broadly categorized into: Traditional romance novels Modern Science fiction Paranormal Historical romance novels have pre World War II location. Several films are also based on traditional romance novels notably "Gone With the Wind", a novel that is set contrary to the background of the American Civil war and that went on to become a significant movie. Contemporary romance novels on the other hand, have post World War II setting. In fact, they are set in the time in which they are literally created. Science fiction romance novels employ a cutting-edge thing in them and could be from a different planet or galaxy completely. A good example of this particular genre is Jayne Ann Krentz's Sweet Starfire. Paranormal romance novels are a combination of science fiction, dream as well as actuality. They may have goblins, werewolves as well as people included. A great present example is The Vampire Diaries by L.J.Smith. A favorite series with similar name is based on this book which is being run on television these days. The story has a love triangle: two brothers, who're vampires, are in love with just one human girl who seems identical to the woman they fell in love with while they were human beings one and a half century ago. The storyline even offers werewolves, witches, ghosts and all sorts of supernatural beings which comprise for a really compelling and intriguing plot. Some writers who've kept a robust place in romance novels are Denise Robbins and Barbara Cartland. Their literature constantly present an exclusive account of the good guy and heroine, helping to make the hero a strong macho character - tall, dark and handsome, ruling in personality, whereas the heroine is often depicted as a gorgeous, petite, timid girl. The hero is commonly a chivalrous and valiant person who helps save the damsel in distress at some point. The books focus on the relationship between a guy and girl and usually have a happy ending. There are lots of books which do not even belong to the type of romance novels, whether they are detective, illusion or drama and so forth. that do provide an aspect of romance within them since it is something that adds essence to any tale and viewers find it appealing. Romance has and always will hold charm because love is a topic which usually speaks to all and sundry and love is a basic requirement of all individuals. "Everyone wants to love and be loved"
