Home renovation is never easy. It seems as soon as you take on one project every other thing you have ever hoped to change about your home becomes a whole lot more pronounced as a problem. Remodeling the bathroom will inevitably remind you that the kitchen needs work. Clean up the kitchen instead and that wash room is not going to look any better. It seems owning a home is a constant work in progress. Anything less than regular revamps is definitely settling. Beyond all of that design and technology don't stop moving forward even when your home has. That is why it is important to keep an eye out for the latest designs and advances in plumbing ephemera. It's not that there is anything wrong with your old soaking tub, there just happens to be nicer more efficient ones coming out all the time. There was a time not that long ago where you could not even fathom that kitchen faucets pull out, now that happens to be something like the standard. As things change you want to keep up. We have all walked into the bathrooms and kitchen that time seems to have forgotten. Their faded wall paper matched only by dated designs on everything from toilet bowls to kitchen sinks. You do not want to be trapped somewhere in the 1970's with no escape. You also want to expand for your needs. Before you had kids it was fine to use the kitchen sinks' single bowl, but now you are likely feeling a little cramped and considering investing in kitchen sinks double bowl. Still you know once you begin expanding the kitchen not only will your life be a bit scrambled for a while, you will begin thinking about the bathroom and how it can't accommodate two people brushing their teeth and how the sink leaks ever so slightly. This is why I recommend giving your home a full makeover all at once. No one wants to live in a place that appears to be under construction. With the right contractor and of course the right choices of toilet bowls and bathroom sinks undermount, you can fix all of your problems at once. When both your kitchen and your bathroom are in order you will find your home life feels a lot more satisfying. All that extra sink space and tub space will allow your whole home to feel more cozy and cleanly. It is the sort of progress that needs to happen once every decade or so. For your mental health.
