Having them designed with bright colors and logos blazing will guarantee some curiosity. Dancing flags and applique flags are great for announcing a re-opening, or trying to get attention in a building that is shared with other companies or services. A lot of city buildings will use them because there's very little wall space outside. Decorative street banners and lamp post banners make the store front more welcoming to customers, as if to say, "We're here to stay. Welcome to our place, feel free to look around."
