There will always be something which does not go as per the plan. In times of crisis, the employer will not benefit if the virtual assistant loses his or her coolness. A top virtual assistant plans out their schedule ahead of time and shows up at the home office ready to work. One of the exciting things about virtual assistant jobs is that you will have to learn how to be a vast resource of information. This does not mean that you will know everything, but you will have to dig around, do research and come up with an answer to the best of your ability.
