All of the preparation and paperwork have finally been completed. Your business is ready to go and you plan on having a grand opening of epic proportions. If you want the grand opening to top all grand openings since the beginning of time, then you will need lots of decorations, pennants, and custom vinyl banners; the works! In order to achieve the turnout of your dreams, you need to do the appropriate promotional work to announce the launch of your business.

The event is not official until you hang up that massive "Grand Opening" outdoor vinyl banner; it is like a magnet for the curious minded. The banner, when combined with a set of multi-colored mirage fans, pennant lines, and custom flags, will make your establishment look festive and inviting. These decorations need to be strategically placed to maximize their effectiveness. The "Grand Opening" banner should be hung in the location with the greatest visibility, such as above the front door of the store, the roof, or the window front. Be sure you invest in a heavy-duty outdoor banner so that it will not be destroyed by the elements.

A "Welcome" flag should be placed adjacent to the front of the building. It adds an extra level of warmth to your Opening Day celebrations. Polyester flags do the job well. You can also try a few "Open Now" signs once your first week has passed. You can buy these in packages, both small and large, depending on the available space of your property.

You may put vinyl graphics and applique flags on side windows of the building to advertise the new business. You may also have custom flags made with your company logo and name. Additionally, posters that advertise your best products and lowest prices are also beneficial. Bright colorful posters engage shoppers and provide customers with information that benefits both them and you.

Now is the time to act. The first few months are the most crucial for new businesses. If you want to stay afloat in the future, you need to hit the ground running. Shameless plugs on vehicles, silk screen nylon banners, and lamppost banners are very useful in luring crowds. Do not be afraid to promote your business in any way you can; there is absolutely nothing wrong with persuasive advertising.

Who knows, years from now you could be putting up a few "Anniversary Sale" signs.
