There are simply no better ways to see America than in an economy car rental. I say this not just because getting a vacation car rental at a reasonable price is important but also because the peace of mind one gets from knowing they did not spend an arm and a leg on renting a car will inform your choices for the whole trip. No one should go on vacation with their wallet duct taped closed. We go on these trips to enjoy ourselves. After a year slaving away we finally get to relax. We get to see places we have looked forward to seeing for ages and do things we have not done in forever. For some of us that may be hitting up a dozen roller coasters or seeing the world's largest ball of wax or maybe you just plan on splaying out along a beach somewhere. No matter what, do you really want to be thinking about all the money you have already dropped on your vacation car rental? I have always worried endlessly about budgets on my vacations. It has ruined many of the most beautiful sites in the world for me. As of late though I am shaving some costs of at the outset which I find helps me settle in. I will hunt for the cheapest hotels along the route and some times I will even chose van rentals over regular economy car rentals to offer an even cheaper sleeping option. Basically at some point I decided I could enjoy spending money while on vacation or I could spend insane amounts of money on flights and arrangements and then be completely stifled from spending freely at my destinations. So I hunt for the best economy car rentals and I feel good about maybe dropping a few extra bucks on a meal, or maybe I will not hesitate if in a pinch I need to buy some sort of souvenir. Getting into a vacation car rental or getting on some expensive flight and feeling unable to spend money is the pits. It is really no way to spend one's precious vacation time. Instead search out car rentals that are maybe a little bit more kind to your cash flow and feel totally free to spend at will. You may still want to budget yourself but better to have more cash when you arrive at your destination than to drop it all on small so called "conveniences" before you even get there. Economy car rentals are a great first step!
