Trendy boots are a great style choice, all year round. Though most popular during the fall and winter months, boots can also be rocked with a skirt or dress in the summer, providing you pick the right style. And this year, there's a lot of great boots styles for every season. For the summer, a big hit currently is military boots. These comfortable, flat heeled boots are perfect for the warm weather. They come in all sorts of sizes, ankle boots being the most comfortable and chosen for those sunny days. They add a bit of toughness to a soft, lacey dress or look great with skinny jeans tucked into them. Biker boots have a similar style, except that have more of a leathery look with buckles and other metallic accents. This is great for the girl who wants to have that sweet yet hardcore look. Going into the fall of 2011, we'll be seeing a lot of fur boots. And not just boots with a fur lining at the opening, but the runways have been seeing the kind of boots that are absolutely covered in chic fur. Warm and trendy, it'll look great whether you go for real or synthetic. Laceup boots have been popular for spring and summer and will continue into winter, in darker colors and higher heels. Knee high and ankle laceup boots have been all over the runways. Also, many of these laceup boots (and other styles for the fall/winter in general) are coming with stacked, chunky heels. The great thing about thick heels is the comfort. It's much easier to walk and balance on a stacked heel than a stiletto, so women everywhere can breathe a sigh of relief. Thigh high trendy boots are showing up on the runway in droves. From leather to suede and every other material in between, they are making a real resurgence. When paired with the right outfit, they can look absolutely lovely. With too short a skirt though, they make look like you are trying a little too hard. Wear them over pants or with a knee length skirt and you'll look fabulous this winter, as well as keep your legs warm. When looking into trendy boots, stay with these main styles and you will look great this fall. Get a head start now; it's when many of the styles for later in the year start popping up at great prices. You can get first dibs on the trends and be ready by Labor Day to whip those fabulous boots out!
