One of the best ways to make money with affiliate programs is to use an autoresponder to send out email messages. When you first get started the primary problem to this is you do not have a list of people to promote to. Here are a few ways you can overcome that. 1. Other people's list. Ezine advertising is one way to do this. There are plenty of Internet marketers who have a large list they are willing to sell advertising too. If you don't want to go through the process of finding these a couple of companies I recommend are MyWizardAds and HBAds. Both of these sites have excellent ezine advertising programs that you can get involved with based on your own budget. You can run solo ads that the affiliate merchant provides for you. These are already written and will include your affiliate URL in them. You can also run classified ads and other peoples ezines. One good strategy is to promote your own landing page and build a list off of other people's lists. To do this you need a landing page and an autoresponder. 2. Buy co-reg leads. This is where you let a lead company get leads for you. This is a good way to jumpstart your list. NitroListBuilder.com is one company that does that. If you're going to go this route you may want to use the autoresponder that's recommended by the co-reg company. One advantage to this is they will import the leads directly into an autoresponder for you. GetResponse is one of the top auto responders in the industry. They also have a lead generation program that will build your list for you. 3. Build your own list. This is a good idea because you will always control your list and can email them at any time. The easiest way to do this is to start a blog and put a sign-up form on it. Let people subscribe to your own ezine that you publish, or receive a free report that you offer. If you have any questions on how to do that just look at the blogs or websites of some of your competitors. 4. Tips. One thing you want to do when you are doing affiliate marketing with an autoresponder is to shorten your affiliate URL. One way to do that is to purchase a domain name and redirect it to your affiliate page. Another thing you can do is shorten it using a service such as Tinyurl or Snipurl. This is a way to create a url to advertise without spending any money. These are a few things to keep in mind when doing affiliate marketing with an autoresponder. These ways are generally cost effective and a good way to make money online with affiliate marketing.
