It takes a lot to run a business efficiently. You need a great team of employees who work well together and excellent office equipment. Don't forget to think about how often your employees will be using the machine. The more employees, the more copy machines you need. Large offices with over fifty employees will need large departmental machines that can output 35,000 pages per month. Medium size businesses can make due with workgroup Xerox copy machines that only output 2,500-11,000 pages per month. You may purchase the best machine, but if your entire office needs it, one small machine may not suffice.
When it comes to copy machines, you have to think about what's best for your employees and your business. It's a crucial piece of equipment that will get a lot of use, so you need to do it justice, for your business's sake.
